  • Day 1: Field Session
  • • Introductions, gear check, and safety overview
  • • Knots, harness setup, and belay instruction
  • • Top-rope climbing and belaying practice
  • • Movement fundamentals and footwork on real rock
  • • Top rope anchors and anchor cleaning
  • • Further Practice on all covered topics
  • • Debrief, Q&A, and next steps for personal progression
